We provide in-home training throughout Sonoma.
Sessions last 30, 45 or 60 minutes, depending on your goals and training plan.
Your first session includes a fitness assessment, goal discussion, and a sample workout to help us tailor your plan.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We understand — life happens!
It depends on your goals, but most clients train 2–3 times a week to see consistent progress.
Yes. All of our trainers hold certifications from nationally recognized organizations accredited by the NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies). Several of our trainers also have degrees in Health and Fitness bringing an added depth of knowledge to their coaching.
While we focus on fitness, we also offer basic nutritional guidance and support for healthy habits.
